We changed the way body repair shops and repair centres could process vehicles utilising our reliability and efficiency…. roll forward 16 years and many individuals have come and gone during this time, attempting to replicate what we offer but have failed at the first step of being able to be consistent and carry out the repairs without delay. We have collected quite a few of these individuals as customers who use us for the carrying out repairs for them as “white label” and in most cases we still have a working relationship doing this many years on.
OUR SERVICES
We offer an extensive repair service across a wide range of vehicles and models, all of which are listed on our website. Simply search for your part number, select the relevant service and send your airbag control module to us, accompanied with your order details. We repair your module the day it arrives and send it back to you the same day, reset and ready for installation. Prices for our service start at just £30.
Our primary focus is repairing and resetting your original airbag modules, and this is possible over 99% of the time. Every module is subject to preliminary testing, at which stage we can identify whether or not your module can be repaired. In the rare event that your module is beyond repair, we can also offer brand new genuine parts for some models. In this case, our team will be in touch with the details of our findings, and to discuss the options available to you.

SMALL BUT DEDICATED
Jean , Chris , Abbey , Holly, Jordan make up the core team, Jean heads up the office side of things with Abbey and Holly, this trio are most likely your first point of contact on phone and email. We have have the up and comming “saturday lads” Reuben & Harry…. they dont carry out any repairs but are in the mix of things such as stock and completing orders and making a mess! They also have what seems like unlimited access to old modules that they can get their teeth in to gain skills such as micro soldering and the undersatanding of the units.
Jean
The Happy Little Hippy
Jean has been involved since 2007, a qualified accountant and psychologist, Jeans skills are drawn upon on a daily basis if not hourly.. with a broad understanding and time served knowledge Jean can get your enquiry or order out the door in a efficient manner but get Jean on a subject she loves and you will make a friend for life, Jean often has to share her desk with Jenny, her dog who likes to hog her chair and like to bark….!

Lives, Breathes Airbags
Chris is the “founder” of Crash Data back in around 2004, a life long passion and interest for electronics….. from a small boy with a booby trapped school desk made of cruidly hobbled together photocell from a street lamp a toy train smoke generator and a good old PJ996 battery ! all the way to now… an adult who still has the same inthusiasm but with even more resources and skills at his fingertips. Chris heads the R&D at Crash Data devolping tools and solutions for the every growing list of airbag reapairs we carry out. Not often front facing but always about.
Abbey
The workplace Grouch (not so much any more)
Abbey has been part of the team for nearly 4 years and has worked hard to become a key player within CrashData, her slow starts to the day back when she first started are long gone and is now a powerhouse around the office, Abbey mainly deals with the leisure industry side of the repairs and will be the normally the first person you speak to via WhatsApp. Dont let her small size and soft voice have you fooled, she is fountain of knowledge and always 2 steps ahead.
Jordan
The Tall One !
At 6ft 5, he is hard to miss …often seen ducking through the office door frames backwards and forwards with repairs, the newest member he has been moulded within the team even down to his custom made work bench to make his days more comfortable. In the last 20 months he has gone from strength to strength and his continued development is a great assest for the company.
Holly
The enthusiastic puppy
Holly joined back in 2018, known for her punctuality(read that as always early) she is normally a close second in the door of a morning. Holy loves two things in life a Potnoodle and her horse “Ginger”.
